Returns and Refund Policy
Terms of Sale – IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN
Subject Matter: These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products made through the IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN e-commerce website. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these conditions.
Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN reserves the right to modify, limit quantities, or discontinue the sale of any item at any time without prior notice.
Prices and Payments: Prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping fees, duties, or customs charges are calculated and displayed before order confirmation. Payments must be made using the secure methods specified on the site; unapproved payment methods will not be accepted.
Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the purchase. This email does not constitute automatic acceptance of the order, which becomes binding only upon verification of stock, payment validation, and order processing.
Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery: Products may be dispatched from international fulfillment hubs and warehouses. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are indicative only. IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN is not liable for carrier shipping delays, customs processing, or force majeure events. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers): Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and consumer protection regulations, EU residents have the right to cancel their contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without justification. To exercise this right, written notice must be sent to imperialonegolden@gmail.com.
Return Procedure and Warehouse Address: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original intact packaging. The exact return warehouse address will be provided exclusively via email upon authorization. Do not send returns to corporate headquarters; unauthorized returns will be rejected. Return shipping fees, tracking, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Mandatory Physical Return & Anti-Fraud Inspection: Defect or damage claims must be reported within 48 hours (up to 7 days) of delivery with supporting media. To prevent digital media fraud or AI image manipulation, no refunds or replacements will be granted based solely on photos/videos. Physical inspection at our fulfillment facility is mandatory. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued; customer-induced damage or misuse will result in claim rejection.
Refund Policy: Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned items, IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns for improper use or non-compliant conditions will be denied.
Limitation of Liability: IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the order.
Force Majeure: IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, postal delays, or customs holds.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These conditions are governed by French and European e-commerce and consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction.

Send a written request to imperialonegolden@gmail.com. Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and intact packaging.
Return Costs & Refunds: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless due to an error by IMPERIAL ONE GOLDEN or a product defect. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to France, the European Union, and other international countries.
